Welcome to TheCharlestonSoapChef.com My name is Jeanine Gantt and I am the Soap Chef. I have been making soap and other body care products since 2001. Many people ask me how I got into the soap biz, and I have to admit it was pretty much by accident! I started making soap in the kitchen while in Graduate School as a hobby and a way of making gifts for friends and family for the holidays. Soon, people started buying my products and one thing led to another. Now here I am as a full time Soap Chef, and I love it! You can find me at the Charleston Farmers Market at Marion Square on Saturdays or you can purchase my products from retailers such as The Silver Puffin on King Street, Charleston Cooks! on E. Bay Street, Middleton Place Plantation, and through Lantana Life.

Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority 2-3 Mail unless otherwise stated. Please keep in mind that all products are handmade, so it may take up to a week for an order to be filled, packaged and in the mail. So, if you are in a hurry, please let me know and I will see what I can do.
